ESP HANGER

The Series 10-9000 ESP Coil Tubing Hanger is provided with an oulet for electrical cable. This outlet provides power for the downhole ESP. This hanger was designed to provide satisfactory pack-off for electrical cables commonly used with downhole submersible pumps.
The downhole assembly is attached to the coiled tubing string and as the coiled tubing is lowered, the electrical cable is strapped to the coiled tubing above the perventers.
The cable is cut near the proper installation depth and spliced to the lower end of the pictail assembly. The coiled tubing is cut and installed into the slip connector below the dual hanger.
The mandrel, pigtail and slip connector are made up onto the mandrel hanger and the whole assembly is lowered into the spool and locked into place.
