CONVENTIONAL DHSV
COILED TUBING COMPLETION

The Series 10-5500 Conventional Wellhead Coiled Tubing Completion is designed so the operator can complete in the tubing spool or B section already installed on the well.
This special hanger consists of a split wrap around with special coiled tubing slips that are bi-directional. The packing is set by releasing the weight of the coiled tubing and running the hold down screws on the tubing spool.
The special tubing bonnet has been designed as an extended neck type hanger with test ports to verify the pressure integrity of the seals on the bonnet.
Communication with the DHSV is made with the control line on the outside of the coiled tubing then threaded thru the wrap-around hanger. It is then passed directly through the bonnet for a continuous control line exit.
