CONCENTRIC DHSV

CONTROL LINE HANGER

The series 10-7000 DHSV Control Line Hanger System employs the use of a PEDCOR SAFESET® coiled tubing hanger with internal set slip and seal assembly.
Coiled tubing segments are placed concentrically, one inside the other, then welded to the safety valve hydraulic chamber housing. This then creates a hydraulic annular conduit.
This type of DHSV installation will allow for live well installation and a through bore to accommodate for wireline operations.
The concentric CT Hydraulic system will be assembled at the CT manufacturer prior to spooling, which allows un-interrupted field installation.
