CEMENT PLUG LAUNCH

SERIES 93-2000

The Pedcor series 93-2000 Cement Plug Launch is designed to allow for plugs or balls to be injected into and pumped through the coiled tubing from the reel without breaking any pressure containing sections.

The Plug Launch is capable of containing up to six (6) plugs which are pumped through the coiled tubing individually.

The unit contains 1502 connections each end, ratchet and position indicator, rotary chamber (6 chamber) with inserts, and chamber housing.

The unit may be used with 1-1/4” to 1-3/4” coiled tubing by replacing internal inserts.
