| The PEDCOR LANDING NIPPLE WITH PUMP OFF CHECK VALVE allows the operator to wash down the coiled tubing while running in the hole. Once at desired depth a ball is circulated down the coiled tubing and landed in the pump off check valve portion of the assembly. Pump pressure is applied in the coiled tubing and the check valve portion is pumped off, leaving the landing nipple section attached to the coiled tubing. |

The landing nipple section is designed so as to allow a pump down dart to be pumped down the coiled tubing and to be seated, as a no-go type plug, and sealed. This allows the coiled tubing string to be pulled under pressure. |
