DUAL CIRCULATING TOOL

The PEDCOR Series 25-8000 Circulating Tools when run in a coiled tubing work string, provides a means of circulating fluids between the coiled tubing and the annulus.

The 25-8000 Circulating Valve is dual acting. The valve may be activated by pumping a ball down the coiled tubing to shift a sleeve in the valve or by pressuring up inside the valve and rupturing a series of discs in the valve.

The Circulating Tool may be used to dump fluid above a downhole motor or equalize pressure above a packer or may be used as a treating valve.

|
In operation the PEDCOR Circulating Valve allows flow through the coiled tubing when running in or circulating. To open the valve for communication between the coiled tubing and annulus, once the valve has been activated, either by shifting a sleeve or by rupturing a disc, circulating is then achieved.
